SPACEY JANE - BRIGHTON MUSIC HALL - BOSTON -
Australian indie rock band Spacey Jane rocked a sold out Brighton Music Hall on Friday night, on their first ever Boston stop. Joining them on tour is singer songwriter Joe P.
Fans lined up early outside the Allston venue, and most showed up right on time to catch Joe P’s mellow set. The singer serenaded the crowd with some of his solo work, as well as tracks from his previous band, Deal Casino. His set would close with “All Day I Dream About” and “Off my Mind”, setting the stage for the blast of energy that was to come.
Spacey Jane stormed the stage as eager fans went wild, finally being able to see the band perform live in the city. They seemed to bounce off the walls inside the intimate venue, kicking off the set with “Sitting Up” and “Skin”. Singer Caleb Harper took time to thank the audience for their support on the tour, as they moved on with an electric show that focused heavily on their latest release, 2022’s Here Comes Everybody. “Lots of Nothing” and hit “Booster Seat” would bring the set to a close, and both bands could also be seen outside the venue interacting with fans, wrapping up an unforgettable first experience for the audience, and a very successful evening for the band in Boston.
